Self-Reliance The Self-Reliance program is six- to eight-week courses for
elementary school age children. The curriculum introduces fun projects
and interactive games to promote self-esteem and self-awareness,
as well as resisting peer pressure and staying safe.
Self-Reliance courses are ideal for schools, churches and other
community organizations. Classes meet during or after school, on
evenings and weekends. Camp Fire USA also offers training to child-care
providers and other youth.
